Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

We provide digital services including but not limited to web design, automation workflow creation, lead qualification systems, SEO, chatbot/voice agent setup, and ongoing support. All services are individually agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

2. Offers & Contracts

Project offers are non-binding until confirmed by us in writing. A contract is formed once the client accepts our offer in writing or via email.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary content, access credentials, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information are not the responsibility of the agency.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days from the invoice date.
We reserve the right to request partial or upfront payments for custom or long-term projects.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to custom designs, workflows, or configurations remain with the agency until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client receives the agreed rights of use.

6. Revisions & Change Requests

Minor revisions are included as specified in the project scope. Significant changes, additions, or new requests will be quoted separately.

7. Liability

We are liable only for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, software, or platforms beyond our control.

8. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

If the client chooses a support package, services and response times are outlined separately in the support agreement. Without such an agreement, additional support is billed at our current hourly rate.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared between the parties is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

10. Termination

Ongoing services may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Services rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced.
